Rubicon Systems Limited provides a variety of technical support and related services depending upon the specific client needs.

Hardware is all covered under a standard warranty for 12 months from delivery. Rubicon provides first-line technical support for all hardware and coordinates with the manufacturers of the equipment for support of custom designs and repairs.

Software includes a standard 12 month warranty covering bugs and any deviation from specification. Also included is free e-mail and telephone technical support during office hours.
